Open to all levels of practice and abilities, this meditative class includes dynamic poses connected to breath to relieve tension, calm the mind, and set a peaceful yet energized tone for your day. Join me on the deck @ 100 Centershore Rd in Centerport. Enter through gate on right side of building. Please bring a yoga mat.
