Teresa holds a BA in Biology and Psychology, is a RYT in Refined Flow, Certified KRI Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher, an Amrit Yoga Nidra teacher, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist through the California College of Ayurveda. Teresa is also trained in Marma Therapy by Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute.

Foundations of Ayurvedic Psychology
Learn about constitutional tendencies of the mind, and their qualities. Understand from an Ayurvedic perspective the nature and roots of mental and emotional imbalances.
Root Causes & Assessment
Learn to observe and assess mental imbalances through the Ayurvedic lens. Explore the gunas (qualities) of the mind and how stress, trauma, karma, and lifestyle are factors of imbalance.
Lifestyle Medicine
Learn what is Dinacharya - alignment with circadian rhythm through diet, sleep, sensory input and how it effects nervous system regulation. Understand the role digestion plays in mental wellness. Gain tools for a lifestyle that support a sattvic mind.
Yoga, Breath, & Meditation
Learn simple yoga poses, specific breathwork, and meditation techniques designed specifically for your selfcare as a practitioner, as well as for your clients. Understand what are chakras, nadis, and kundalini from a neurobiological perspective.
