Cancellation Policy
 

Yoga Classes:  
If you cannot make it to your scheduled class, please cancel at least 1 hour in advance.  No refunds are given. You will be issued a credit for a future class.

Late cancels or no shows will be charged as attending.

 

Ayurvedic Consultations:
If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel 24hrs in advance. If you fail to do so, a $25 fee will be charged. This includes virtual appointments.

This website is owned and operated by Devine Ayurveda. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information on Ayurveda and yoga, health and beauty products, yoga and meditation classes live on zoom, as well as pre-recorded videos. By accessing or using the website and our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

“I understand that yoga includes physical activity as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for assistance from the teacher.
I represent that I am physically fit to participate in this activity. I am aware that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if I have any special concerns.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. I agree to assume all risk of damage or injury that may occur as a yoga student. I waive, release and agree to hold harmless Teresa Devine for any injury to myself that I may sustain as a result of my participation in yoga.”

Teresa Devine is not trained in Western diagnosis or treatment and may not make suggestions about altering your medical care.

Ayurveda is a complementary and alternative health care system. Ayurvedic care from Teresa Devine may be utilized as a complement to your current health care program.
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, classes, articles, videos, audio recordings, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Devine Ayurveda. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, or create derivative works thereof.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.


 

Privacy Policy
 

By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the account above for the amount specified in the Transaction Amount field. Account information for subscriptions is stored securely for automatic processing of your future payments. Notify us at anytime if you wish to discontinue your subscription.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Shipping and Returns                                                                                      

 

Your happiness is important to us! Therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.If you are not 100% satisfied, please feel free to e-mail us at teresa@devineayurveda.com to make a return or exchange.

All returns/exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Product must have at least ¾ of its contents remaining.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for an exchange or refund to be processed. Once finalized, an e-mail will be sent notifying you of the status of your refund.

• We do not refund initial shipping & handling charges for items returned.

• For any return or exchange, you are responsible for all shipping & handling costs. If the package does not reach us, we will be unable to complete the refund/exchange.
