Why a Spring Cleanse?

Give your body and mind the generous gift of a reset. An Ayurvedic cleanse provides an opportunity to rest and repair the digestive system while addressing the root of any imbalances. The entire process works to draw toxins out of the tissues and into the digestive tract so that they can be eliminated, and simultaneously removes excess vata, pitta, and kapha to promote improved balance and overall health.

Improved digestive strength, boosted immunity, sleeping more soundly, and mental clarity are just a few of the many benefits of a seasonal cleanse.

You will be guided by two Ayurvedic practitioners, Teresa Devine and Jill Talve of Everveda, over the course of  2 weeks. There will be an easing in phase, 7 day monodiet kitchari cleanse, and an easing out phase.

"Teresa and Jill are knowledgeable, available and supportive throughout the process, making this a stress free experience. I found the cleanse was very doable even in the midst of my busy life. I never felt hungry and my body felt nourished throughout the process. This is a cleanse that not only is good for the body, it really feels good too!" Julie C.

"I think the most helpful part was the gentle and encouraging feedback we got from Jill & Teresa, they really know their stuff! I feel 1000% better than I did 14 days ago!"  Jill Y.

"With tremendous support from Teresa and Jill as well as the other

participants, I felt encouraged and each day built on the one before. All

aspects of the cleanse had great purpose and meaning. I was beginning to see that the morning rituals, the satiating kitchari, evening rituals, yoga sessions, and the meetings were all a part of showing love and care for myself. It became an act of serious self-love. It was an incredible experience. I feel lighter, more stable, clear, and internally strong. This

cleanse has been a blessing. I am grateful."  Anne O.
