Teresa holds a BA in Biology and Psychology, is a RYT in Refined Flow, Certified KRI Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher, an Amrit Yoga Nidra teacher, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist through the California College of Ayurveda. Teresa is also trained in Marma Therapy by Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute.
