Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is a two-hour session for deep evaluation and assessment. Through observation, examination and inquiry, I will work with you to understand all aspects of mind, body, and spirit that make up your unique constitution. I will also determine any potential imbalances.
Return of Findings
The initial consult is followed by a one-hour report of findings visit. During this visit I will share the summary of your constitution and current state of imbalance. You will receive initial recommendations to begin your healing journey.
Follow-Up Visits
As it takes time to develop any imbalance, the journey to harmony takes time too. Through follow-up visits we will work together to implement and refine your treatment plan at a pace appropriate for you. By applying the self-healing principles of Ayurveda, you will be empowered to make choices that create and sustain optimal health and peace of mind.
