Ayurveda categorizes the elements into 3 doshas: Vata, Pitta, Kapha
The three doshas are the physiological energies of the body that are responsible for all biological and psychological functions. It is the interplay between theses doshas that is responsible for both body type and personality.

If you have a predominance of Pitta in your nature or imbalances, these qualities will reflect in your body and mind. Overall, Pitta brings intelligence to the mind and shows in an overall moderate body structure.
